In this unique situation the salesperson can display the products the visitor has searched for and even suggest better options, directly displaying photos in the shared panel.
As a result of this visual synchronization and interaction between the two parties, your sales will increase significantly. Oct8ne also reinforces the usual channels of communication – telephone, Chat, email or contact forms – further improving the customer experience.
For the user it’s a very useful tool and for sales it’s highly effective: Both parties can share the same information on the same screen, zooming in on details or highlighting features of the product. One feature which goes one step further is that customers can upload photos locally from their computer, so they can show the agent the exact product, material or color they are looking for.
