Overview

Make An Offer extension provides your customers with the ability to ask for a discount for any product in your store in just a few clicks. The extension adds a "Make An Offer" button to the product pages of your choice. If there is a deal better than yours or a customer just wants to bargain, they can submit their counteroffer directly to you.

Let your customers help you with competitor research. If a customer finds the same or similar product online at a lower price, they can send you that product link from the product page on your store. Your customers can offer you a hot deal for a larger product qty. For example, 10 pcs of the same product in one order, but at a lower price. In this case, your customer asks for a discount. The extension adds a Make An Offer button to your product pages, which opens a pop-up window with a discount request form. The form can also be displayed in the separate block, which will appear below on your product page. Your customer should scroll down to this block. In the admin panel, you'll be able to accept offers, reply to the best ones with standard Magento coupons or decline offers. In both cases, you can send a message to your customer or leave a specific default reply.

Features:

  • Customizable frontend display modes
  • Easy to use Make An Offer form: a popup window or a separate block on the product page
  • Extensive email notifications for store admins and customers
  • Offer and Offer Statistics grids
  • Unique and customized discount coupons
  • Support for different product types and quantities
  • Vast options to work on each offer

Contains Following Fields:

  • Email. This field will be filled in automatically if your customer is logged in.
  • Link to the same product in another store
  • Their Price
  • Product QTY

Manage Counter Offers

There are two grids at your disposal to make offer management clear. Besides the grid that contains all the offers, you have one for statistics. It helps you analyze what your audience preferences are. In the extension settings, you can configure everything from data management in the grids to email notifications for the administrator's team, including every little detail about offer emails for customers.

Make Pricing Smart

If your customers see a better price elsewhere, there is hardly anything that will stop them from switching to another store. Make an Offer is geared toward a compromise with any customer, who has already compared your product price to another seller. After the customer creates an offer, you have one more chance to win them over with a discount. You can accept the offer, but set your own special price based on your reasoning. The customer still gets their discount, and you get the profit.

Keep The Best Deals Exclusive

When an offer is accepted, a customer receives an email with the coupon code, where it says to which products and quantities the coupon can be applied, its lifetime, and any other information you find useful to deliver with the accepted offer. All the communication with the customers via Make an Offer is private and only displayed in your admin panel and their email inbox. You are customizing every offer, making it more personal, and worth than if it was a simple general discount.
