Narvar's Extension for Magento pushes order information from the Magento OMS to Narvar so item-level details can be surfaced throughout the customer's post-purchase journey. If your customer tracks their order, this extension allows the customer to see the exact items arriving in the shipment. If your customer initiates a return, this extension will surface the exact items from the order, indicate what is eligible for return, and push the return information back to the Magento OMS. To keep customers in-the-loop if an exception occurs, this extension allows Narvar to trigger email notifications to retailers and/or their customers.
