Product returns may seem like a stressful part of eCommerce, but they are a crucial part of how your online store creates a solid, loyal customer base. Without a formalized process to simplify management, which is exactly what an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) system does. The system is almost impossible to manage returns manually on a case-by-case basis.
Our RMA solution for Magento 2 is flexible enough to cover all the possible situations in this field. To resolve the issues with returns or exchanges, the extension has 2 types of user interfaces: for store customers and for administrators. It includes the RMA and the customer fills out information supporting the return. For example Reasons, Conditions, Resolutions, ability to upload a printable return label, etc.
Every customer can easily create requests for partial or full product return or exchange. There is a possibility to return just one or two items out of five items bought. Even guest users are able to request an RMA, able to discuss and add comments to their requests. The extension provides you with an internal chat between the admin-customer. On the one hand, every customer will be able to monitor requests with the progress bar from the account but on the other hand, your store administrator is able to help with this at any moment, using the backend.

- allow attachment file types, for example, you can set only pdf allowed format
- limit the size of any attachment;
- customize the RMA appearance in a Grid - choose the columns which are suitable and useful for your administrative needs (RMA and Order numbers, Customer email, name, RMA status, etc.)

RMA For Orders Purchased In Offline Store
You can allow your customers to create RMA for any products purchased in the offline store. In this way, you'll reduce the load on your team.
Upload and print PDF shipping labels for a variety of post carriers (for example, DHL, FedEx, etc.). Both store customers and backend admins can manage labels and set return shipping statuses. It is a really useful feature to avoid fraud in the process of sending back products. You will be able to track every delivery and every returned product.
