Back to topThe rich version of the Personalized Products Rich extension by Milople takes the customization experience for the buyers to the next level. Starting from tools such as image upload and addition of text, the Personalized Products Rich extension allows the buyer to add Quotes, edit Pre-defined templates and add Clipart images to the products. The Store owner can set an area over every product where the buyers can do the personalization. The template functionality will help the buyers to edit a predefined template in the backend by the store owner. Ideal for products with restricted or conventional areas for personalization, the customers can edit an already existing design as their own, saving them a lot of time.
The Name and Number functionality is ideal for Sports teams and uniforms where a single design with different names and numbers is to be ordered. The buyer can just edit one design and use as many products as he wants by just providing different inputs for each. Quotes will help the buyer to apply famous quotations added by the store owner in the backend on their products. The store owner can add perfect quotes that match the aesthetics of the product and help the customer by saving their time on finding the right quote. Clipart is another great feature that lets the buyer choose from the many different Clipart created by the store owner and put in neat categories. The clipart can be associated with products so the store owner has the flexibility of having a different kind of clipart available for different kind of products. Image upload and text addition let the user add their own ideas to the product making it a very personal experience. All of the design done by the customer is neatly available in the default Magento order system to the store owner. They can download the designs in high quality and easily send the data forward to the printing department.
How does it work?
for Buyer:
- The buyer can add text, images, clipart, quotes to the products. The buyer can also edit a pre-defined template made by the admin as per his choice.
- The buyer has multiple options of text formatting including text alignment, font size, type, effects, font colour, text background colour, etc. for an even better personalization experience.
- The buyer has options such as Undo, redo delete, change the arrangement, rotate, align and overlay along with repositioning.
- The buyer can customize multiple sides of the product taking personalization to another level.
For Admin:
- The Admin can change the text of the action button to that of their choice such as ‘Personalize it’, ‘Design it’, ‘Customize it’ etc to the action button.
- The Admin can create multiple clipart categories and upload different clipart images to them accordingly.
- Control if the buyers can add text, images, clipart, quotes or use templates on the products. The admin can also control if properties such as text colours, fonts, the text background colour can be changed.
- Control the number of characters that can be added in a single text object. They can also control the number of text objects, images, clipart, quotes that can be added to the product.
- Change the mode of personalization to ‘Popup’ or ‘Product page’ with the same tools yet a different personalization experience for the buyer.

Restricted Area
- Set a restricted area for personalization. The buyer will not be able to personalize the product beyond this area.
Download Buyer's Design
- The store owner can download all of the raw images that have been uploaded by the customer.
- The admin can download the images in their original size and resolution. The images are uploaded in png or jpeg format by the buyers.
Predefined Templates
- The Magento 2 store admin can create a pre-defined layout that buyers can personalize upon.
- The buyer can change text, image, logo pre-defined by the admin in a particular shape, size and limits at particular positions.
- Admin can create multiple templates for each product.
- Character limit comes with templates as well.
Name & Number
- This option allows buyers to buy multiple personalized products with changes.
- Best for sports team t-shirts, the name and number functionality will let the buyers set a different name and number to each T-shirt and add them to the cart.
- The size field is also available along with name and number.
- The label of the controls can also be changed.
Quotes
- The Admin can create quote categories such as ‘Inspiration’ and add different quotes to it accordingly that the buyer can add to the products.
Additional Features
- Each text, image, clipart or quote can be assigned a charge.
- The Compatibility with Magento’s default functionalities of Custom attributes and custom options provides an even better personalization experience for the buyers.
- The clipart and images can be masked if the area is not restricted.
- Support for Multi-currency and multi-language.
- The designs can be later downloaded by the buyers from their account.
- Preview options available on the cart page as well as the mini cart.
