Both the admin and users can download WhatsApp for FREE from Google Play Store or Apple App Store and it doesn't require any additional fees to be paid later.
How Does The Extension Work?
The admin enables the extension from the backend and chooses to show the contact button either in the desktop, mobile, or both. He sets the default chat message to start communication when users click the contact button. The admin chooses one of the three types of contact buttons. He customizes the button to match with his store theme. There is an option to show the contact button for the specific date range. Also, he positions the contact button in a convenient place. The admin can also select one of the 16 animation effects for the contact button. He can also set to allow the users to close the contact button if they find annoying.
The extension facilitates to add multiple chat agents for the box button type from the backend. The admin can add the chat operator name, department name, mobile number, default chat message, photo, and activate it. The extension facilitates uploading the QR code image if the QR code button type is selected from the configuration.
After the extension is configured, users can see the WhatsApp Contact button in the frontend. If the contact button is of the box type, on click of it, they can see the available chat agents, choose to chat with one, and get redirected to the WhatsApp to further chat with the agent regarding products or services. If the contact button is of the icon type, users can click and get redirected to chat with the admin.

- You can specify the date range to display the WhatsApp Contact button for the specific time span. If you don't set the date range, it will be shown all the time.
- Set the top, bottom, left and right positions in pixels to position the WhatsApp Contact button in the frontend.
- Choose one of the sixteen button animation effects to highlight the contact button and to make it look better.
- Admin can select to allow visitors to close the contact button if they don't need it.
- The admin can set the custom button text for the box button type.
- The custom information text set from the backend is shown when the box button is clicked
- The extension facilitates the "Manage WhatsApp Chat Agents" grid for the admin to check the list of added chat agents. With the "Add New" button, the admin can add a new chat agent.
- Activate the status of the chat agent after entering the name, department name in which he belongs, mobile number, default chat message, and photo.
- Icon button type: Users can click the WhatsApp contact icon to get redirected to the n's WhatsApp contact number.
- Box button type: Users can click the WhatsApp box button type to view chat operators and select one of them to contact.
- QR code button type: Users can scan QR code using the mobile to get redirected to the admin's WhatsApp contact number.
