How Does The Extension Work?
To export the customer reviews, the admin has to select the date range and enable the option to export reviews with the customers' details. He can click on the "export reviews" button to export the reviews and the customer details in a CSV file. The admin can upload the CSV file, click the "Import Reviews" button to import the reviews. He can make use of sample CSV to match the format while importing the product reviews. All the imported product reviews are stored in a backend grid. It also gets displayed in the frontend.
