Account & Pricing
To commence using this extension, you need to sign up for a free account at Google Merchant Center. Also, check the availability of the service in your country at Google Merchant Center Help. There are currently no additional fees for this service. After the account creation, you can inquire to get the Google Merchant ID to configure the extension.
How Does The Extension Work?
- The admin enables the extension from the backend.
- The admin can enter the Google Merchant ID which is received from the Google Merchant Store, determine the badge position, and set the language from the drop-down menu.
- The admin can enable the survey and set the estimated days to deliver the survey Email along with the survey opt-in dialog box style.
- Once configured, the survey opt-in dialog box appears after successful checkout. It asks the customers' permission to send an Email for the survey.
- If allowed, a survey Email is sent to customers where they are expected to give star ratings for their shopping experience.
- The customer is redirected to the feedback form where they can rate the shopping experience and write feedback to be submitted.
- The extension enables the Google Customer Reviews Badge on the store frontend at the configured position, flaunting the aggregate of all the reviews collected from the customers!
