Various sales emails have crazy opening rates that are expected to convey the required information about the purchase. As the default Magento 2 does not allow the admin to control the attachments with such sales emails, Meetanshi has developed Email Attachments for Magento 2 to solve this issue.
The module facilitates the admin to attach important order documents in the sales emails. These attachments can include files in different formats such as pdf, doc, docx, ppt, xlsx, jpg, png, rtf, and txt. Email Attachments for Magento 2 is beneficial to customers as well as the admin. The customers get timely notifications and order documents. The admin can avoid manually attaching the order documents with the Emails.
How Does The Extension Work?
The admin configures the extension to enable various attachments with the Sales Emails. All that the admin has to do is enter Cc and Bcc to Emails, enable attaching the order PDFs with Emails, and select the other documents to be attached.
The admin can attach up to 5 documents with the Customer Account Registration Email, Order Email, Invoice Email, Shipment Email, and the Credit Memo Email. Thus, the customers receive Emails with important sales documents attached.
