To commence using the Zoho CRM Integration extension, you need to create a free online account and enter the details in Magento 2 store configuration section for the API integration. The CRM offers two types of Pricing Plans to choose from, you can select as per your business requirements.

How Does the Extension Work?

The admin can enable the Zoho CRM Integration for Magento 2 extension to configure and automate the synchronization of orders, invoices, and products. For that, he can enable the sandbox mode and enter the client ID and client secret that you have copied from the Zoho CRM admin panel, choose the domain users, enter the Zoho account email ID, and redirect the URL for the API connection.

The admin can sign in with the Zoho credentials and select CRMs organization for connection.

He can click on the "Accept' button that allows Magento 2 to access data from the Zoho account.

Once you have logged in successfully, the admin can see the connection success message.

Once configured with Zoho API connection and refreshing admin configuration page, the connection status gets updated to "Connected".

The admin can choose the website to allow synchronization of data with Zoho.

The admin can configure the settings such as to enable the option, select the sync mode, frequency, and start time to synchronize campaigns with Zoho automatically on a regular basis.

Once configured, the admin can see Magento 2 campaigns synchronized into Zoho.

The admin can configure the settings to synchronize Magento 2 customer accounts to Zoho by setting the option as "Yes", selecting the sync mode either as immediate or Cron job. By using immediate sync mode, you can easily sync campaigns on the creation and using a cron job, sync campaigns on cron job run time and frequency. 

Once configured, the admin can see the customer accounts synchronized into Zoho.

For contact synchronization, the admin can enable the option as "Yes", set the sync mode, frequency, and starting time to sync Magento 2 contacts with Zoho.

Once configured, the admin can see the Magento 2 customer accounts synchronized into Zoho.

The admin can set the option as "Yes" and choose the sync mode to allow synchronization of leads with Zoho.

Once configured, the admin can see leads synchronized into Zoho.

The admin can set the option as "Yes" and choose the sync mode to allow synchronization of products with Zoho.

Once configured, the admin can see products synchronized into Zoho.

 The admin can enable the option and select the sync mode to synchronize Magento 2 orders to Zoho.

Once configured, the admin can see Magento 2 orders synchronized into Zoho.

The admin can configure the settings to synchronize the Magento 2 invoices with Zoho API such as setting the option as "Yes" to carry out synchronization and selecting the mode of synchronization.

The admin can see the invoices in Zoho immediately after the synchronization.

The admin can enable the option for debug log.

The admin can click on the "Add All Tax Code" button for adding all the Magento tax codes to list in the grid and then click on "Synchronize" to sync each tax code with Zoho API.

The admin can check the mapped tax codes in Zoho by clicking on Settings > Customizations > Modules and Fields.

The admin can click on Products > Customize tax rates to open the tax code popup.

The admin can view the sync tax codes in the popup.

The admin can click on the "Add All Catalog Rules" button for adding all the Magento 2 catalog rules to list in the grid and then by clicking on "Synchronize" to sync each tax rule with Zoho API. 

The admin can click on "Add customers", "Add Products", "Add Orders", "Add Invoices" buttons respectively to sync them and then click on the "Synchronize" button to sync them manually.

The admin can see the success status if the synchronization is done right or else an error message is displayed.

The admin can display multiple customers and use the "Sync to Zoho" mass action to sync them manually.

The admin can display multiple orders and use the "Sync to Zoho" mass action to sync them manually.

The admin can display multiple products and use the "Sync to Zoho" mass action to sync them manually.

The admin can display multiple invoices and use the "Sync to Zoho" mass action to sync them manually.
