• The admin can find a log of all the SMS notifications sent through this module in a separate grid in the backend.

How Does the Extension Work?

The admin needs to enable the extension from the backend, enter the admin mobile number, select API & its credentials, and test the API by entering the mobile number and SMS text. The test SMS notification received on the test mobile number is a sign that API has been configured properly. The admin needs to enable the order verification and configure the following settings:

• Button text colour
• Button background colour
• Order verification SMS text
• Order verification OTP length

Similarly, the admin also needs to enable the SMS notifications for mobile number updates and configure the settings. The admin needs to enable the required SMS notifications for admin and customers, and customize SMS text using variables, for various events. The admin also needs to enable the review notifications and set the number of days from the order placement to send SMS notifications to customers.

The admin needs to enable/disable the country flag option in the backend and choose the default country flag that will be displayed on the mobile number field.

Once the SMS notification for Magento 2 is configured, SMS notifications are sent to the admin and customers as per the settings. The admin can find the log of all the SMS notifications sent through this module in a separate backend grid named "SMS Logs" and delete them using the mass action. The grid lists the details like ID, mobile number, SMS provider, response, message, and date.
