How Does The Extension Work?

The admin can enable the extension to track all the admin user actions. For that, he can enter the number of days after which to automatically clear the action logs after that, select multiple objects to log, enter custom warning text to display while restoring the admin actions, and enable the option to save page visit history.

The admin can also select email sender for the email notifications for login success and failure, select admin users to send the copy of login success and failure email notifications, and select email templates for login success and failure.

The admin can also check the admin user actions log in the "Actions Log" backend grid and export it to an XML or CSV file. 

He can check the detailed log with each update action and click the "Restore" button to restore the admin action.

The admin can also check the "Login Attempts" backend grid for the login attempts by various admin users and click to export it in XML or CSV file.

Once configured, the admin user gets a "Failed Login Attempt" Email when someone attempts to log in to the store's admin panel unsuccessfully.

Also, the admin users get a "Successful Login Attempt" Email when a user successfully logs in the store's admin panel.

The admin can check the backend grid "Page Visit History" for the list of page visit history by various admin users.

He can also check the detailed page visit history of the admin users listed with their stay duration.

Also, the admin can check the "Active Sessions" backend grid for the list of all active admin user sessions and allows the admin to either terminate the session or disable the account from this grid.
