Intercom is a US-based software company that produces a messaging platform which allows businesses to communicate with prospective and existing customers within their app, on their website, through social media, or via email.

This extension will establish a direct connection with your Intercom account, embedding the Intercom chat widget code properly in your Magento 2 store footer and this is done automatically without interfering with any existing themes or visual. Furthermore, you will also be able to identify a Lead (logged-out visitors) to a User (logged-in customers) and send this data is synced back to Intercom.
