With this extension, you can effortlessly link your Magento 2 webshop to E-Boekhouden. All orders are sent directly to your accounting package, so you no longer have to enter them separately. Accounting has never been so quick and easy!

The accounting link has been developed for Magento 2 according to the latest Magento and PHP standards. The extension consists of 2 different parts:

• A basic plugin that collects all customer and order data
• The E-Boekhouden extension that forwards all data directly to E-Boekhouden
• The link with E-Boekhouden is direct, without the intervention of an external API or platform. This makes the configuration simple and the coupling direct, safe, and stable.

Account & Pricing for the E-boekhouden the plugin

This plugin is a separate solution to connect your Magento 2 store with E-boekhouden. E-boekhouden is a separate service and an active account is needed to use this plugin. An account can be created here and is required.

The API details needed in the extension can be obtained from your account under "beheer", "settings", "koppelingen".

That is why we have created an extensive logging function within the extension. With this, you can immediately see per order which order information has been collected, whether an invoice has been created and whether it has been forwarded to E-Boekhouden. Information about credit invoices is also shown. At a glance, you can see all relevant data in a handy overview.

All relations linked to E-Boekhouden

The accounting extension sends all customer data directly from your Magento webshop to E-Boekhouden. For example, the 'relations' part within E-Boekhouden runs synchronously and you can easily link all invoices and customers.

Within Magento, you can see per customer when it is synchronized with E-Boekhouden. In addition, there is also a total overview, where you can view all customer synchronizations.

Feedback from the E-Boekhouden API

Because we make direct contact with the E-Boekhouden API, we can provide immediate insight into which actions have been successfully performed, which actions are in the queue, and/or which actions have not been processed correctly.

If an error message comes back from the E-Boekhouden API, we know on the basis of the error codes which E-Boekhouden is fed back and why the synchronization cannot be performed. Think of error codes that are the result of an incorrect VAT code, an unknown or incorrect cost center, or a double invoice. Locating a possible synchronization error is easy with these error codes.

If the E-Boekhouden API returns that no error has been made and the mutation or relationship has been correctly synchronized, it will be noted as successfully synchronized in Magento.

Direct link with the E-Boekhouden API

Most accounting links use an external API. We do it differently. Our extension has a direct link to the E-Boekhouden API. With this, we know for sure that all data is correctly imported according to the standards of E-Boekhouden.

Thanks to the direct link, the transfer of data are fast and secure. If E-Boekhouden makes adjustments to the software, the link can be adjusted immediately.

VAT rules and MOSS

The extension offers maximum setting options for VAT rules and zones. Via the advanced options, you can easily set which VAT rules should be used if no match can be made. The latter can happen, for example, after a migration or the import of orders.

In addition to the general VAT rules, the extension also supports MOSS (Mini One Stop Shop). With the MOSS scheme, VAT for the entire European Union can be paid in one Member State.

Simple installation & complete insight

You can install the extension via sftp / SSH or a composer command. There are no dependencies on our platform: all data is correctly and immediately synchronized. With the extensive log overviews within the extension, you have a complete insight into all synchronized data.

Extensive configuration options

The configuration of the extension is simple and suitable for both novice and more advanced users. Within the extension, you will find all the necessary settings for a complete link between Magento 2 and E-Boekhouden.

Set up the link by entering your E-Boekhouden API data and a username and security code. After this, all data at the store level is synchronized with your own E-Boekhouden account.

Within the configuration, you can link different Ledger accounts and indicate how the synchronization should proceed: through a cronjob or CLI Commands. There are also advanced options, including the option to add a prefix to (credit) invoices. This can be useful for migrations or multiple store views.
