1. Installation Instructions? 

To install this extension, please refer to FAQ Extension Installation Guide for detailed instructions. It will take you just a few minutes to install our extension. 

2. Can I see how the extension works before purchasing?

Yes. The frontend and backend demo is available, you can use them to see how the extension works. 

3. I public the question with its answer but they don't display on the frontend. Why?

This may be because you haven't assigned the question to any category and tag.

4. Is there any limit for creating categories &  tags?

No. You are able to create unlimited categories & tags you want as well as questions. 

5. Can I place FAQs on other pages?

 Of course. You can place FAQs on any page you want by adding a widget in the backend. There are two ways you can do:

- First, You can add new a widget with its type = FAQ questions list and then assign it to the page you want it to display.

- Or you can choose your wanted page and then add a widget with the type = FAQ questions list into its content.

6. Can I limit the number of questions displaying on per page?

Yes. Simply enter your wanted number in the Questions per page field in the backend to limit the number of questions will be shown.
