Back to topBy default, Magento doesn’t give you the ability to delete orders. That’s why your backend may get messed up with test orders or any unnecessary orders, thus making it difficult to manage.
Our Delete Orders extension helps extend Magento 2 default order management functionality by allowing admins to delete unwanted orders permanently. Accordingly, all related order data including invoices, shipments, and credit memos will be automatically removed. The deleted orders are all managed in a separate grid where you can export them for later user. Besides, you can assign order deleting permission to specific admin users.

Delete Orders & All Related Data
With Delete Orders for Magento 2, you can delete unwanted orders quickly with just a few clicks. It’s easy to delete multiple orders at once from the order grid page or delete an individual order from the order view page. Please note that when you delete an order, it will be removed completely from your Magento database along with related data like invoices, shipments, and credit memos. And of course, you can’t restore it.
Manage Deleted Orders
All deleted orders will be stored in a separate grid where you can export them for further use. It's also possible to remove any of these orders from the logs grid.
Limit Order Deleting Access
Not want all admin users to have the ability to remove orders? Don’t worry! Our Delete Orders extension supports the feature that limits access to order deleting functionality to certain users. Besides, you can configure the settings so that only specific users are able to turn on/off the extension.

2. Can I restore deleted orders?
No. Once an order is removed, you can’t restore this order as well as its related data. So be careful!
3. Can I delete invoices, shipments and credit memos separately?
No. Invoices, shipments and credit memos are removed only when you delete related orders.
