  • When being installed with Customer Segmentation, the Promotion Banner module will have an additional section named Customer Segments. This section includes all segments created by Customer Segmentation for Magento 2. When you create a banner by Magezon Promotion Banner, you can determine which segments can see your banner.
  • Popup Builder by Magezon also has another section called Customer Segments when being installed with Customer Segmentation for Magento 2. The section contains all existing segments from Customer Segmentation. You can decide which segments can see your popup when creating a popup by Magezon Popup Builder.
  • When being installed with Magezon Customers Attributes, Customer Segmentation for Magento 2 will have new attributes in the Conditions section. It means that once you’ve created a new attribute by Customers Attributes, this attribute will immediately be integrated into the Conditions section of Customer Segmentation.

2. How to create a segment?

To create a segment by this module, please follow the steps below:

  • Step 1: Navigate to the Customers > Customer Segment > Segment
  • Step 2: Configure General Information of the segment in the General section
  • Step 3: In the Conditions section, set up rules for the segment based on the conditions and condition combinations that match your purpose. 
  • Step 4: Go to Save and Apply the segment.

Refer to User Guide to have a deep understanding of creating a new segment.

3. Can I manage orders by segment?

Yes, of course. You can check the number of orders in each segment in the Reports section. Also, you can check the number of customers in each segment.

4. Can I use created segments when setting Cart Price Rules?

Yes. You can use created segments by Customer Segmentation extension for Magento 2 when creating Cart Price Rules for marketing campaigns.

5. Can I export the customer segmentation list? If Yes, how to do it?

Absolutely! The module allows you to export the customer segmentation list with two files: CSV and XML.
