    As it often happens, customers may enter the wrong person, billing or shipping details when placing an order. Also, shoppers may request you to reconfigure their orders after those have already been placed. You may be asked to add/delete products, modify pricing, etc. What is more, when reviewing orders, you may need to change such essentials as the order's date, time, and state. 

    With the Order Editor extension, you can perform any of the above-mentioned modifications with any order, and edit orders without canceling them. The extension significantly extends the capabilities of the default Magento functionality, which allows you to easily modify any order data.

    Alter Order Details

    With this functionality, you can correct any typos/mistakes customers make when placing an order, grant/limit access to special offers and discounts on the products included into the order, and edit the order’s time and status makers.

    Modify Main Order Details

    Order Editor allows you to modify any order details per the customer’s request or to correctly process the order. With the extension, it’s no longer necessary to cancel orders to be able to change them! Order Editor makes it possible to:

    • Add/remove products in any order
    • Reconfigure products and equip them with thumbnails
    • Change product prices, discount, taxes, and more
