    Every e-Commerce store has hundreds or thousands of pages, products, and categories. Managers and website administrators work with content information every day. Therefore an efficient administrative area is an important part of the business. Content management is time-consuming.  Every action takes a few seconds for Magento to process the request.  The fewer actions you do, the more time you will save. For example, you've just changed product details and want to check how it will be shown on the frontend for the customers. Usually, there are two ways.  The first way is for you to go to the website, then to the category page, and finally to the product page.  Another way is to use the search functionality.  These require a few steps to achieve the product page on the website frontend.

    We created a great solution to ease content manager workloads. The Admin Preview & Edit Links extension adds preview functionality for CMS pages, products, and categories.  After clicking a Preview button, an administrator will go directly to the page on the website frontend.  Moreover, when an administrator browses CMS pages, products, and categories on the website frontend, the administrator has an Edit button which will lead directly to the edit page of the entity.

     

    Key Features

    • Edit and preview CMS pages
    • Admin can easily manage and edit the CMS page and then preview it in one click not searching the page on the website
    • While editing the CMS page the admin clicks Preview and is redirected to the frontend directly to the edited page
    • If an admin finds something that needs to be edited on the frontend, they can click the button, 'Edit CMS Page' and be redirected to the CMS page on the backend
    • Edit and preview categories
    • In the process of editing a category from the backend, an admin can click the button, 'Preview' and be automatically redirected to the category page on the frontend
    • If an admin finds something that needs to be edited on the frontend, the can click the button, 'Edit Category' and be redirected to the category page on the backend
    • Edit and preview products
    • If an admin makes changes on the product page from the backend he can preview the product page by clicking the button Preview.
    • Admin is automatically redirected to the product page on the frontend.
    • If an admin finds something that needs to be edited on the frontend, an admin can click the button, 'Edit Product' and be redirected right to the product page on the backend
