Q: Where can I set the sharing button block?

A: With Floating type, you can set it on the left or on the right of the page. With Inline type, the icon will display on the top/ at the bottom of page content.

Q: How can I design the sharing button appearance?

A: You can choose the color for icons, buttons, and block background easily from the backend. In addition, you can upload photos to make icons for sharing buttons.

Q: How about the menu display types? Which types does your extension support?

A: Our Social Share extension supports 2 types of menu display types: hover (when customers hover the mouse over the buttons), and click (when customers click on the buttons).

Q: Can I set the margin of the social button block?

A: Of course you can. If you choose the Vertical style, you can set the margin top of the block (the default number is 150 px). If you choose the Horizontal style, you can set the margin bottom of the block (the default number is 0 px). 

Q: How can I know the number of shares?

A: If you would like to count sharings, you can enable the share counter from the backend.

Q: How can our store display a thank you or success message after a customer shares a link?

A: From the admin backend, you only need to enable Thank-you popup. A thank-you popup will appear instantly after a customer clicks on the share button. 

Q: How many sharing buttons can be placed on the page?

A: There are limitless social channels you can place. You only need to click “+” to add a channel.

Q: I only want the buttons to be displayed on some pages. Can I configure this?

A: Yes, you can set the buttons on all pages, selected pages, or CMS pages.
