Back to topChannel Manager is a free, all-in-one SaaS extension created to help merchants increase their sales, reach new customers, streamline their operations, and save valuable time by integrating their online catalog with Walmart Marketplace.
Channel Manager has been designed to work out-of-the-box with Adobe Commerce and Magento Open Source so you can manage Walmart Marketplace sales, inventory, and price seamlessly from your Commerce Admin and reap the synergies of using the same workflows and processes you currently use to manage sales for Adobe Commerce stores.
Features
After you install and configure Channel Manager, you can use the following capabilities to manage Walmart Marketplace sales orders from the Commerce Admin:
- Listing management—Easily sync product listings by matching products from your Commerce catalog to existing Walmart.com listings.
- Inventory Management—Items in the marketplace seller account are automatically synchronized and updated from Commerce to help ensure accurate inventory levels.
- Pricing updates—Maintain accurate pricing for marketplace listings with automatic price synchronization. When a price changes in Adobe Commerce, the changes are reflected in the marketplace.
- Order management—When new orders are created in a marketplace, Channel Manager synchronizes orders with Adobe Commerce and sends order acknowledgments to the marketplace to help ensure inventory is reserved for each order.
- Shipping Management—When orders are marked as shipped in Adobe Commerce, the shipment update is sent to the marketplace to help ensure that sellers meet their fulfillment SLA requirements and that customers receive shipping update notifications for their current orders.
- Cancellations—When orders are canceled in Adobe Commerce, Channel Manager sends updated order information to the marketplace to replicate the action for the corresponding marketplace order.
- Returns and Refunds—When Walmart Marketplace requests a return for items ordered through the Adobe Commerce or Magento Open Source sales channel, Channel Manager sends the return request information to the Commerce sales channel store. Then, the refund can be processed in Adobe Commerce. After the refund is completed, Channel Manager synchronizes the updated status to the Walmart Marketplace seller account.
Onboarding Channel Manager
The following procedure provides a high-level overview of the steps to install and setup the Channel Manager extension so you can begin using it to manage Walmart Marketplace sales seamlessly from Adobe Commerce.
- Set up a Walmart Seller Account.
- Install the Channel Manager extension.
- Connect to Commerce Services to integrate Channel Manager with the Commerce instance, and other supporting services.
- Connect your Commerce store to Walmart Marketplace.
- Complete store setup.

Description:
New Returns and Refunds—Enable Adobe Commerce and Magento Open Source storefronts to process returns and refunds for Walmart Marketplace order items purchased through a Channel Manager sales channel. Information and updates about returns and refunds is synchronized between Walmart and Adobe Commerce so that the current data is available in both the storefront and Walmart Marketplace.
Fixed Fixed the Class Magento\SalesDataExporter\MOdel\OrdersFeed does not exist error that occurred when resynchronizing the Channel Manager orders data using the bin/magento saas:resync --feed orders command. The error was resolved updating the Channel Manager package dependencies for the Sales Data Exporter module, which was renamed from magento/module-sales-data-exporter to magento/module-sales-orders-data-exporter.
