Create Event Tickets With Advanced Settings
Event product is the new type of product created in the catalog of the back-end which allows merchants to add various tickets with ease. When creating an event in the back-end, admins can add multiple venues, dates, and time ranges, as well as separate ticket quantities for each entity.
For complex events with different properties, merchants can set up multiple ticket options as radio buttons or checkboxes depending on whether the event has several levels of ticket classes (adults, kids, VIPs, personal, or groups) or add-on benefits. Merchants can set up the names, prices, and quantities for these individual options as well.
Manage Attendees & Tickets Sales
Admins can customize a ticket template by adding custom text and images with a built-in coordinates system and preview it instantly. Bar codes and QR codes are automatically generated with each ticket. When event holders or administrators scan QR code/barcode, a ticket is defined as a redeemed ticket, and customers can attend the event.
Managers can use a mobile device acquired scan code app to check these tickets. Especially, with Magenest's Booking Mobile App, managers can verify guests’ information and updated it automatically on the Magento 2 back-end in real-time, so managers can easily track the event performance.
Admin can easily collect information from all event's attendees and track purchased tickets.
