Event Tickets for Magento 2 is powerful assistance for your event campaigns. The extension helps event managers to take control of events and customers’ information. 

After customers successfully made their ticket orders, the system will send them the e-tickets in PDF format with auto-generated QR codes and barcodes in emails. Customers will be able to print this ticket out to check-in at the event venue. Merchants can also set up automated emails to notify customers of their upcoming events so they never miss one!

The extension comes with an add-on Magenest Booking Mobile app, which allows users to check attendees' tickets via barcode or QR code scanning.

Create Event Tickets With Advanced Settings

Event product is the new type of product created in the catalog of the back-end which allows merchants to add various tickets with ease. When creating an event in the back-end, admins can add multiple venues, dates, and time ranges, as well as separate ticket quantities for each entity.

For complex events with different properties, merchants can set up multiple ticket options as radio buttons or checkboxes depending on whether the event has several levels of ticket classes (adults, kids, VIPs, personal, or groups) or add-on benefits. Merchants can set up the names, prices, and quantities for these individual options as well.

 

Manage Attendees & Tickets Sales

Admins can customize a ticket template by adding custom text and images with a built-in coordinates system and preview it instantly. Bar codes and QR codes are automatically generated with each ticket. When event holders or administrators scan QR code/barcode, a ticket is defined as a redeemed ticket, and customers can attend the event. 

Managers can use a mobile device acquired scan code app to check these tickets. Especially, with Magenest's Booking Mobile App, managers can verify guests’ information and updated it automatically on the Magento 2 back-end in real-time, so managers can easily track the event performance.

Admin can easily collect information from all event attendees and track purchased tickets. In addition, admins can export events' attendees, events list, tickets list into CSV, XML files for ease of analysis and management. Admin can view events and purchased tickets as well as manage the status of the ticket in a grid view.

 

Tickets & Events Preview For Customers

We've redesigned the default Magento product page to make it suits an event theme. With larger images to show off your venues and Google Maps integration for directions, customers can enjoy a better experience as with any custom-made sites for events. Customers can also manage their purchased tickets and see upcoming events on their Account page in the front-end.

 

Send Notifications To Customers Automatically
