Overview

EditOrder for Magento allows you to improve the usability of your store.  It is helpful in situations where a customer creates an order but forgot to add another product.  With the normal process, the customer should pay extra shipping with a new order.  This extension allows customers to use the shipping of the previous order as long as it was not processed yet.  The store owner can send two orders as a combined order and allow the customer to pay only once for the shipping by combining two orders into one.  Orders still will be separate but the customer can use the "Free Shipping" method on the checkout step on the next order if shipping addresses are the same.

Features

  • Enhanced user experience on checkout
  • Allows customers to use free shipping on next order if shipping addresses with previous order are same
  • Configurable order statuses to allow free shipping on the next order
  • Independent free shipping method
  • Marks combined orders in admin orders grid
