Back to topProduct Inquiry & Support extension will boost your engagement with customers. Customers may have some queries about the product before they purchase online. This extension allows customers to send inquiries for any product by filling a predefined form.
Normally, a customer comes to your website and finds an inquiry button on the product and category page. So if the customer has any query they need to fill a predefined form. And once the form is submitted the inquiry directly sends to the admin to follow up. The customer can continue to follow up the inquiry by email and my account dashboard.
This extension captures each inquiry and saves it into the database. So, you can check all inquiries from your admin dashboard and submit answers. This way you have more control over your inquiries.

Features
Inquiry Form
- Manage the form fields dynamically from the backend.

Manage inquiries
- From the backend grid, the admin can view all submitted inquiries. On the inquiry view page, the admin can see all the details and submit a reply.
Product conditions
- Show the form on the front-end based on the product conditions. For example, the attribute set id is Bag, category id is 10 etc.
Hide Price / Hide Add to Cart
- Hide the price and/or add to cart button on the front-end for products that have the particular inquiry form.
Show on product/category only
- Option to show the inquiry form on either product or category view only or both.
- On the category page, it shows the button and form render in the pop-up. On the product page, option to show either using a button pop-up or tab.
My Account
- The customer can see and track their submitted inquiries from my account tab.
- Guest users can also access the inquiry view page via a link shared in the email.
Email Notifications to Admin
- When the customer submits an inquiry the admin receives an email notification. Set the custom admin receiver email and template at the inquiry level.
- On adding a new reply to the existing inquiry by the customer, the admin gets an email.
- The admin gets all the inquiry details with the inquiry access link in the email.
Email Notifications to Customers
- On submitting the answer by the admin, the customer receives an email that includes the inquiry view link so both registered and guest users can access it.
Performance
- The indexer is used to manage and fetch the product form data to keep your store performance.
