Back to topProduct Questions Answers for Magento 2 allows your visitors to ask questions about your products from product pages to add an extra slice of information about the product. Customers can ask questions as well as answer them to provide more detailed information about the product. Store admin gets question notification and link to question page via email to your preferred email id. The admin can easily handle and manage the thread to provide more organized information of asked questions.
Customers may have concerns regarding the products they are interested in purchasing so by using features added by the Product Questions Answers extension, they can get solutions directly from sellers or other buyers. There are many extra features such as the facility to make only registered users or visitors ask questions. Also, the admin can add and answer questions directly. Plus, users can rate questions and answers by either liking or disliking to make a conclusive decision.
Store admin can also easily manage the whole section from the backend and provide an answer as well for asked questions. This can also help the admin to get an idea about customers interest in particular related products.
Features
Ask Question
The customer asks a question from the product page and admin receives a quick email notification. The admin can manage questions from the backend.
Question Form
The admin can enable/disable ask a question form for the frontend and can also configure either only registered customer can submit a question or any user.
Assign Multiple Products To Question
It is possible to assign more than one product to the question. The question-answer thread shows up to all assigned products on the frontend product page.
Search Question
Customers can search the question by title on the product page to quickly get the answer.
Answer Question
Customers can submit the answer to the question. The admin can manage answers from the backend.
Answer Form
Store admin can enable/disable submit an answer form for the frontend and can configure either only registered customer can submit an answer or any user.
Like/Dislike/Abuse
The customer can like or dislike the submitted answer that helps other users to make a conclusive decision. The admin can see this activity log in the backend and get email notification on reporting the abuse answer.
My Account
Customer can see or track their submitted questions and answers from my account tab.
Email Notification
When the customer submits a question or answers the admin receives an email notification. On submitting the answer, the questioner receives an email notification if admin enabled the configuration to send an email notification. The admin can change the default email template.
