Overview
Back to topWith an expansion of eCommerce business, without having a proper customer group management system, it becomes difficult to handle an enormous customer database. It requires time and effort to manage different customer groups, depending on their shopping behavior. Meanwhile, being a store owner, you have to also deal with several other issues like shipping, delivery, product return, customer queries, product disputes, and so on. Using an automation system that automates the whole process helps to save a ton of time and effort required to manage customer groups based on their shopping behavior.
Auto Customer Group Switching Extension helps store owners automatically assign groups to customers, based on set configurations like order total, count, account age, products, & store categories. When customers log in to their account, the cron runs to check whether set conditions are fulfilled or not and changes the customer group respectively. The extension will automatically send an email notification whenever a customer switches to a different group.
Use Extension For:
- Sales Based Switching
- Account age-based Switching
- Product-based Switching
- Category based Switching
- Sales order total based Switching
Features:
- The convenient backend option to enable or disable the extension.
- Option to add comma separated product IDs and category IDs to move customers based on products and categories.
- Using backend options, store admin can enable email notification if needed.
- Whenever the customer logs in, cron is run to check set conditions and moves the customers to groups based on it.
How It Works:
Once you integrate inside your Magento store, firstly you need to enable it from the backend. After that, you need to configure different customer group switching conditions based on your requirements. Lastly, turn on email notification to get notified for each customer group switches. After setting up all the backend options, the extension will work simultaneously for switching customer groups.
