Quotation Manager - Magento Front-End:
On the front-end, the Add To Quote button visibility depends on the backend option “Apply to Add To Quote Button To.” If this option value is set to “All Products” then the Add To Quote button will be visible for all products otherwise Add To Quote Button will be visible only for those products which have the “Apply Add To Quote” attribute is set to yes from the product section in the backend.
- If the module is disabled, customers can’t quote the product, the quote option not be visible
- “Add to quote” button visible on category and product pages for the customers
- Customer will be able to add multiple products and then submit a quote
- Allow to Add Product Comment on Quote Page
- Allow adding multiple quantities using Tier Quantity
- Customer will able to attach files when the customer submits a Quotation request
Manage Quotation - Customer End:
- In the Customer, My Account Section there is “My Quotations” available in which customer can view the list of all quotation which they have submitted, and the customer can access it.
- View quote details and status of the quotation like New Requested, Proposal Sent, and Proposal Accepted, etc.
- When a customer requests a quote for multiple Qty then the customer will able to use the default qty using the radio button.
- Add multiple image/file attachments to the quote request which will be visible to the admin.
- The customer will able to Reject Proposal, Edit Proposal, Confirm, and checkout.
- A customer can communicate with the admin.
- View the complete conversation history which they had with the admin.
- Print the pdf for quotation from the quote view page.
Manage Quotation - Admin End:
- The admin has a separate section in the back-end to view the quote requests of all the customers.
- View the quote details like product name, product price, quote quantity, quote price, status, etc.
- Add, edit, or delete products from the quote request.
- Add, edit, or delete tier quantities for a specific product.
- Set customer price per product.
- Show real-time profit/reduction margins.
- Convert a quote request to order using the admin panel.
- Create a new Quotation from the admin section also.
- View or send messages to the customer regarding the quote.
- Add multiple image/file attachments to the quote request which will be visible to the customers on their end.
- Print the pdf for a quotation.
