Allow your customers to add comments, instructions or special requests when they are placing an order in your store. It could be beneficial for you too, as it helps you to understand your customers’ online shopping behavior and needs.

This extension will add a comment box at checkout, where customers can insert their comments, instructions or special requests for that particular order. The admin will able to see it on the order page in the admin area, take care of it, and give customers a better shopping experience.

Question: - How customer order comments work?
Answer: - This extension will add a comment box at the checkout page where a customer can add comments, instructions or special notes for the order and the admin will able to see it in the order page (admin area) and take care of it.

Answer: - No, a customer can not add order comment per item. A customer can add only one comment per order.

Question: - Can we display order comment in the order e-mail?
Answer: - Yes, but you need to add {{var order.getOrderComment()}} into the order email template.

Answer: - The admin can see the order comment on the order view page.
