Message Management Extension enables a message management system for customers to connect with the website administrator. It adds a message box facility to the customer's my account section; customers can send and receive the message from the admin in that section. The admin can check received messages in the admin area and reply to the customers.

Message management extension serves as the medium of interaction between the administrator and customers and hence facilitates customers to easily reach the admin if they have any issues in regards to the website.

  • An administrator can generate a different type of message status, for example new, pending, read, unread, etc.
  • An administrator can send an attachment with a message.
