Now you can add Ajax navigation dropdowns to your website, which displays categories as dropdown fields. Upon selection, it will show subcategories of the selected categories. When the user selects a category from the last dropdown, it redirects the user to the last selected category page. For a customer, it's difficult to find a product when your website catalog has thousands of items. If you are selling replacement parts, it is more difficult for a consumer to find the right product with the normal search, as most of the products look the same. This extension helps users find the matching part by providing them a category dynamic dependent dropdown navigation facility.

For example, if the product is a car "comp wheel', the visitor can select the car year, make, and model in the selector boxes. The visitor will then be redirected to the results page where all matching products will be listed. The visitor can use layered navigation to refine the results.

Category Dynamic Dependent Dropdown extension can be used as a year/make/model product search, Cartridge finder tool, or Part finder tool for your website. All you need is to create categories, according to your requirements and place the category dynamic dependent dropdown on the front end of your website. You can also use the Category Dynamic Dependent Dropdown extension to optimize the landing pages and give conversion rate a boost.
