Once the returned product is checked and approved by the admin, then only the refund process takes place.

This allows store owners to convert the refund amount to in-store credits and facilitate customers to redeem those credits on their future purchases. In addition to this, customers are allowed to share these virtual credits with their friends and family members. Easy Module Configuration

Using the backend admin panel, the admin can easily configure the particular module. Enable/Disable the functionalities like Automatic Refund on Credit Memo, allowing to apply for store credit on shipping and tax, send email actions, select yes to notify customers about the updates of credit balance, etc. All these functionalities can be enabled/disabled from this section.

Add/Subtract Store Credits 

Admin can edit the store credit balance of customers using this extension. Edit the balance amount in the update balance section from the back-end admin panel to change the current credit balance. Based on the updated balance, the total credit amount will be increased and decreased as per the admin’s configuration. Admin can also add the reason to add or subtract credits in the comment section, which will be visible to customers as notes and can only be accessed by admin.

Redeem Store Credit Amount

Store credits added by the admin will be displayed in the “My Account” section of customers. They are allowed to redeem the store credits on their purchases from the checkout page. Customers can even apply for the store credits on the shipping and tax amount if the admin has enabled this functionality from the backend. Additionally, with the help of a single click, customers can cancel or apply the store credit by simply clicking on Apply or Cancel Store Credit buttons.

Credit Balance Notification

One of the amazing features of this extension is the automated email notification function. Admin can easily update the customers about their store credit balance via email. As a result, customers will always be updated about their credit budget and also active in their credit spending while purchasing products.

Check Credit History & Order Invoice

Using the backend admin panel, the admin can check the store credit balance of customers and the refund history. Ability to view the transaction of credits done by every customer. Additionally, using the path Sales ⇾ Orders ⇾ Particular Order Invoice, customers and admin can check the order invoice with store credit.  

Display Credit Amount in Order of Credit Memo

With the help of this extension, the admin can display the store credit amount to a specific order on which these credits are applied. In case the customer needs to make a refund request for the store credit amount specified in the credit memo, they can simply enable an option of Refund to Store Credit. This way, customers can make a refund request for store credit amounts partially or fully.
