Sample Product

Promoting products and services is one of the most effective ways to build customer satisfaction and increase product sales. Product Sampling is one of the most important marketing tools for merchants. MageAnts Sample Product for Magento 2 is specially designed for merchants who are concerned about their clients and the targeted audience of their products. This extension allows merchants to grab customers’ attention by providing Sample Products, which is extremely beneficial as it also helps merchants to promote their products in a very effective way.

Sample Products can be offered in many ways, such as if you have launched a new product, then you can provide Sample Products to customers and get their feedback. This also helps in product awareness, and also customer retention. If your products are branded and too costly, then it is obvious that customers will think twice before spending on such costly things. Sample Product offers customers a sample product, and this encourages them to purchase and stay with you for all future shopping.

  • Full control of the module with the help of feature-rich Magento backend Admin panel.
  • Ability to customize the features as per need.
  • Restrict ordering samples to a specific product/customer group.
  • Configure the prices for a sample to both the general level and product level.
  • Allows users to process both normal products and samples in a single order.

Sample Requests

Free Sample Product for Magento 2 allows the customer to order a sample of your products directly from the product details page. Offer a “call to action” or you can say a special button “Order Sample” to add a Sample Product to the cart.

Interactive and Informative UI

Once a sample product module is enabled, this is how the product detail page will look alike. Sample Products purchased by buyers are highlighted with “Sample orders label” and “Sample prices” on the checkout page.

Shopping Cart

Customers cannot order more than the quantity limit specified by the admin for the product. An error message will be displayed on a screen if a customer tries to add a quantity more than a specified limit.

Backend Orders & Order Detail Page:

This extension offers an easy way to manage sample orders and normal orders separately. Thus, merchants can easily differentiate an order which has Sample Products and which one has not. There is also a separate section on the order page that includes the historical data of the customer and their orders, including sample orders status of the ordered sample products.

Why Use Sample Product?

Shopping is a fun but intimidating job. While purchasing the products at high prices, customers are always focusing on quality and brand loyalty. Providing samples to customers will give them a sense of understanding and experience with your product before they commit to buying. This not only attracts the customers but brings interest to your products, and also helps your branch to reach new customers.

Adding product sampling increase sales by targeting new demographics, increase customer retention, drive sales in-store and online, etc. Such an initiative would help the customers identify you as a distinct seller who puts in effort for their convenience. It is crystal clear, implementing such ideas is not so easy and requires proper planning and management to make sure that you get all the analytic information which will be helpful in running your business. To ensure the perfect assistance for you, team MageAnts has come up with the MageAnts Sample Product extension for Magento 2.
