As an admin, you just need to define the number of days after which the email should be sent to customers.

Additionally, the admin can also define the position of the badge on the front end, either on Bottom Left or Bottom Right. 

 

NOTE:

You must have 100 reviews from the country during the past year for your seller rating, to appear on your Google Customer Reviews badge for users in a particular country. “No Rating Available” status will be shown for the review badges with less than 100 reviews.
