Back to topCustomer Approval for Magento 2 is one of the modules that allows admin to take full control over all the frontend registrations. The Admin will be able to approve customer registration manually from the backend admin panel. This extension also enables accepting and rejecting account approval requests in bulk.
Customer Approval for Magento 2 also helps the admin to get rid of the issue of getting their website overloaded with fake and spam customers. So, the admin can easily set up email notifications for any new customer registrations and notify the customer about their registration approval or rejection. Until that happens, the customers will be not be allowed to log in. Once they receive approval from the admin, login access will be allowed.

Manually Approve Account
Admin is allowed to enable the auto-approval customer registration and can even check the customer details for manual customer account approval. After admin approval, customer account gets activated and are allowed to access the login.
Custom Messages For Customers
Before account approval, “Pending” message will be displayed to customers. While after rejection, the customer will be shown “Rejected” message if he tries to log in. Admin can also edit and customize the messages to display as per need.
Email Notifications
Admin can set email notification for any new account registration and can also send a notification to the customers via email regarding account approval or rejection. Additionally, admin can also configure the email templates regarding account approval and rejection as required.
Bulk Approval/Rejection
Using Customer Approval for Magento 2, admin can approve or reject multiple customer account registration in just one click. Additionally, one more feature is provided where admin can reject the account of the customer who is already approved due to automatic approval feature.
