Overview
Back to topManaging multiple online stores with a single hand is not an easy task. For this, the admin defines sub-admin roles and access the permissions that limit to only their area of responsibility. To make this task easy, MageAnts came up with Advance Permissions for Magento 2 extension to manage multiple stores and assign new sub-admin roles with permission to access the respective data of the store.
Advanced Permission for Magento 2 is one of the must-have tools for store owners with multiple store views. They can easily create multiple store admin roles along with a custom set of permissions to access store data and assign them to respective store views. Admin can restrict access based on assign roles. Sub-admin can access particular products, categories, stores, or selected content as per the permission set by the store owner.
Key Features:
High-Level Access Management
Store Owner is allowed to define the new sub admin roles for their store views and set custom permission for them to access the website. Admin can access/restrict the options for sub-admin like limit the access to orders, edit the products or categories, invoices and restrict access to the transactions of the store, etc. This way, store owners will be sure that authorized admins can access the data they are assigned to and eliminate the data breach risk.
Better Product Management
Using this extension, the super admin can easily select the products that would be accessed by sub-admins and assign the products to that specific sub-admin user. Super Admin can grant them access to view or edit the assigned products and restrict the access to delete/remove the products.
Modify Category Management
Super Admin can restrict access only to particular product categories. Set permission where sub-admin users can only be able to view the store categories, but only will be able to edit or modify who is allowed to access them.
Product Attributes
Super Admin can also restrict or limit access to the product attributes so that sub-admins users can only access the product attributes that are assigned to them. Super Admin can list out the product attributes accessible for each role.
Specify Product Owner
The one who creates the product will be the Product owner and if the super admin allows a sub-admin to create the new product then that user will be the product owner. Super-admin can also change the product owner access whenever required from the product page.
Full Feature List:
- Define sub admin roles and assign permission access
- Limit access by website or store view
- Enables to control access to particular product/category
- Admin can grant permission or restrict access to product attributes
- Limit access to orders, invoices, and transactions.
- Modify the product owner anytime using the backend admin panel
