This HelpDeskPro is the Pro version of HelpDesk extension and provides a feature so that customers can create support tickets from their account and agent can manage all his customer's ticket from zendesk portal without login to magento.  Tickets will be sync in 2 ways.

Every E-commerce business has support situations when customers purchase products. Many customers may complain about products or services. So either the customer calls customer care or sends an email to the support team. However, there are times when the customer care team is busy, and sending an email to the support team is not good enough as it may be missed. So we came up with this HelpDesk extension where customers are not required to call customer care and there is no need to send an email or remember the support email address.

Customers can simply log in to their account and create a support ticket with the required information. And the customer service team can check the tickets using admin access and take appropriate action on the ticket. Also, every reply is logged so in the future if the customer wants to see the status and updates on the ticket he can see in his account.

Agent can simply login to Zendesk account and manage all tickets and reply to tickets and it will be updated to magento.
