Stripe Payment Gateway launched in September 2011, now handling the business/users from 25 countries. It has got the biggest user region in the USA around 28% of the total usage. Magedelight’s Stripe Payment Module for Magento 2 allows users to use varied debit/credit cards and accept the payment with multiple currencies across the world. Also, this stripe payment module uses stripe.js to manage payment information to ensure full PCI compliance.

The extension also opens up the feature for merchants to configure the payment method and give a personalized touch to the checkout process. Admin has options like save card or not, type of payment method for customers, minimum & maximum order value, list of countries to access the store and many more.

  • Manage Refunds Online: The flexibility of managing the refunds of the orders with the changing mind of customers is a very useful feature. Admin can manage the refunds in no time from the backend in Stripe Payment Extension
  • Support Stripe Alipay Payment Method: Stripe integrates a path for getting payments using a supported method to accept Alipay payments from customers in China. Customer’s sensitive data gets handled over the Alipay server which in turn reduces risk from the merchant’s shoulder.

Benefits

  • Customized checkout process
  • The easy and secure payment transaction process
  • No extra charges for refunds
  • Easy integration, setup, and maintenance

Security & PCI Compliance

The Stripe Payment extension is a PCI compliant extension built using the API method. The security of the customer's sensitive data is the topmost priority of this extension. The extension makes use of stripe js API to send card details to the Stripe server and receive a token for further payment. The details offered by the customer are entered into the merchant site but that is passed directly into the stripe iFrame. The SAQ level that the integration of this extension meets is (SAQ) A-EP. The information provided by the customer is neither entered into the Magento server not it is stored in the Magento server. Just the card encrypted token to reduce the steps in the next purchase.
