Back to topKomfortkasse retrieves bank transfers from a bank account and automatically assigns them to unpaid orders. The assignment is done automatically in the background and is fault-tolerant, i.e. an order can still be assigned if the name does not match, the order number is not specified or the amount differs.
With Komfortkasse, you never have to worry about payments by bank transfer again. Komfortkasse will send automatic payment reminders by email or letter, will issue refunds automatically from credit notes, and will cancel unpaid orders or send them to a debt collection agency. You don't need your own bank account, you can use one of Komfortkasse's omnibus accounts. This extension is designed for SEPA countries. It also works if your company is outside SEPA, but serving customers in that area.
This extension provides the interface for the Komfortkasse online service, transferring information about open orders to Komfortkasse and retrieving payment status updates from Komfortkasse. Data is transferred encrypted only.

Security
All communication between Magento and Komfortkasse servers is encrypted using industry standards. Customer data is transferred to Komfortkasse after checkout using API calls over a secure connection. All customer data is processed under strict application of GDPR.
As Komfortkasse only supports offline payments, no payment data (like credit card numbers or account numbers) is entered by the customer. This extension does not have impact on PCI compliance.

Mit Komfortkasse werden Banküberweisungen vom Bankkonto abgerufen und automatisch den offenen Bestellungen zugeordnet. Die Zuordnung erfolgt vollautomatisch im Hintergrund und ist fehlertolerant, d.h. es können auch Bestellungen zugeordnet werden wenn der Name nicht übereinstimmt, die Bestellnummer nicht angegeben wurde oder der Betrag abweicht.
Mit Komfortkasse müssen Sie sich nie wieder Gedanken über Zahlungen per Banküberweisung machen. Komfortkasse versendet automatisch Zahlungserinnerungen und Mahnungen per E-Mail oder Post, führt Rücküberweisungen aus Magento-Gutschriften durch und storniert undbezahlte Bestellungen oder übergibt diese an ein Inkassobüro. Ein eigenes Bankkonto ist nicht erforderlich, Sie können ein von Komfortkasse bereitgestelltes Sammelkonto verwenden. Komfortkasse ist für die Verwendung in SEPA-Ländern entwickelt. Komfortkasse kann auch verwendet werden, wenn der Firmensitz außerhalb SEPA ist, aber Kunden innerhalb SEPA bedient werden.
Diese Erweiterung stellt die Schnittstelle zu Komfortkasse zur Verfügung. Informationen über offene Aufträge werden zu Komfortkasse übertragen und Updates zum Zahlungsstatus vom Komfortkasse empfangen. Daten werden ausschließlich verschlüsselt übertragen.

Sicherheit
Die gesamte Kommunikation zwischen Magento- und Komfortkasse-Servern wird nach Industriestandards verschlüsselt. Kundendaten werden nach dem Checkout über API-Aufrufe über eine sichere Verbindung an Komfortkasse übertragen. Alle Kundendaten werden unter strikter Anwendung der DSGVO verarbeitet.
Da Komfortkasse nur Offline-Zahlungen unterstützt, werden vom Kunden keine Zahlungsdaten (wie Kreditkartennummern oder Kontonummern) eingegeben. Diese Extension hat keine Auswirkungen auf die PCI-Konformität.
