The Customers Order Statistics extension provides additional customer report functionalities to your Magento webshop which gives you insight into the customers which have placed the most amount of orders in your webshop over the course of time. With which you will be able to get to know your prime customers!

With Customers Order Statistics you will be able to see in a clear way the number of completed, canceled and unique orders. But the Customers Order Statistics extension does not stop there, it does much more. Customers Order Statistics will also give you insights about the customers with single orders, multiple orders and a list of customers with their total number of orders.

Customer engagement

It's all about the numbers ... and further engagement of your customers! This information can be crucial in targeting or segmenting those customers so you can approach them with special discounts or other options you deem fit.
We have also decided to display the number of customers with Single Orders and customers with Multiple Orders, which gives you insight into returning customers in the process.

Main Features

  • Number of completed orders
This means the number of orders that have gone through the entire process and therefore can be labeled as completed.

  • Number of canceled orders
This means the number of orders that have not completed and thus have failed/canceled. Reasons for this can range from failed payments to problems with suppliers.

  • Number of unique orders
This means the number of orders from customers who have only ordered once from your Magento webshop.

  • List of customers with their total number of orders
This means you will be able to easily identify your prime / returning customers. This is tied into the customer account for further actions.

  • Number of customers with Single Orders,
This is similar to Numbered Unique orders, this will show the number of customers who have only ordered once from your Magento webshop.

  • Number of customers with Multiple Orders
This is similar to Number of Completed orders, this will show the number of customers who have ordered successfully from your Magento webshop multiple times.

Have you ever wondered?

  • How much customers have returned and purchased again?
  • How much customers have only bought from you once?
  • Which customers are your prime (most purchasing) customers?
  • How many orders have not made it to the end?
  • How many orders have been completed?
All of the above are things you get clear insights towith use of Customers Order Statistics.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Why did LanthopusX create Customers Order Statistics?
Magento gives you a lot of reports out of the get-go but it simply does not give you insight into the customers who ordered the most items out of your webshop. Customers Order Statistics is our approach to give you quick and clear insights into this information. As you can imagine, having that knowledge available gives you an edge as you can initiate actions based on it to remarket these customers based on various specific options like; completed, canceled, unique amount of orders.

  • Why would you want to use Customers Order Statistics?
The main reason to use Customers Order Statistics is to simply get insight into your most important customers based on order amount, so you can take further actions based on it if your desire.
