Back to topOrder Tracking module by Ksolves allows the admins and the sellers to track the complete status of the particular shipment. This module allows you to easily manage the status of your orders. By having the right product data at the right time, the customers can easily check the order details without facing any issues. With the help of this module, the customers can click on the order tracking option on the frontend and then the complete status of the particular order will be visible.
This module will keep the customer and the admin well informed about the whereabouts of the particular order like pending, in process, or completed. Once the customer puts the Order ID and the email in the front end, they will be able to check the complete information of the order. With the Order ID, the customers can check the status of the order. The customer can also check the shipping address, shipping method, and the billing address of the order. When the customer views the order status, here are some status possibilities:
- Processing: When the order is placed, the customer gets a status that the order is in ‘’processing mode’’
- Pending: This is seen to the customer when the order is placed, the amount is placed and the order is in getting processed. ‘’Pending’’ status is shown till the order is not delivered to the customer.
- On Hold: If the order is on hold from the store owner.
- Complete: This status is shown when the order is placed and the Invoice is generated for the order.
- Canceled: When the order is canceled from the customer’s end, it shows as ’’Cancelled’’.

- The admin can allow/disallow the visibility of the link in the navigation menu.
- The Admin can also perform the actions to enable/disable the module, allow/disallow the visibility of the top link.
