Kommunicate enables you to talk to your website visitors easily through live chat and chat-bots. You can create your custom bots using our chatbot builder – Kompose or add any Dialogflow, Amazon Lex, or custom-made chatbots to your website using the live chat plugin.
Your website visitors will see the floating chat icon on their website, clicking on it the user can interact with the chatbot and the support agent, ask their queries for the product listings, purchases, or any other complains, suggestions, etc that they might have.
