Our unique 3-step feedback flow playfully motivates your customer to provide quantitative feedback by making it as easy as a simple click on a button. Using the typical behavior they are familiar with from social media sites such as Facebook by expressing their emotions by simply clicking "Like".

As a second step, the extension allows responding to the customer's vote with a configurable message, tailored to the customer's vote selection and inviting him to provide further and qualified feedback via a feedback form.

For each layout, you can choose between 2 different vote types and configure individual texts to address your customers directly with your specific question and interact with them depending on their vote selection.
Of course, you can also configure the icon and text colors to match the feedback form with your design and store's look and feel.
