Back to topIWD's Order Manager extension provides an effective and efficient way for merchants to manage their Magento orders. In the event, for example, a customer would like to change their shipping address or billing address then the Order Manager would permit merchants to quickly apply these order modifications without having to delete the original order and create a new order.
By permitting you to modify the information in the order, you will reduce the time required to resolve the customer's request. Additionally, your customer satisfaction will be increased as you will not have to recreate orders and notify the customer about new order creation. Updating an order & customer information: With the Order Manager merchants are able to specify which orders are able to be modified depending on the specific order statuses. For example, orders with the status "Suspected Fraud" cannot be modified.
Features:
Merchants can change the following:
- Order status
- Customer email
- Customer group
- Customer name (first & last)
- Change customer assigned to order
Updating
With the Order Manager merchants are able to modify the shipping and payment details for an order:
- Payment address
- Shipping addresses
Deleting
With the Order Manager, you are able to specify which orders are able to be deleted depending on the specific order statuses. For example, orders with the status "Pending" cannot be deleted. Merchants are able to Delete orders.
