Customize your order, invoice, shipping and credit memo numbers to meet your magento store's operational needs.

Advanced Order Number extension allows you to set up/customize mask, starting number, prefixes, and postfixes for Magento orders, invoices, shipments, and credit memos to meet your store’s needs and make it more user-friendly.

Core Features:

  • Adjust numbers to your business need

The Advanced Order Number extension allows you adjust numbers to your own business needs (internal document work-flow) or local jurisdiction. You can set up a required numbers format for all numbers at once, and the Advanced Order Number extension will automatically generate numbers for you.

  • Custom attractive order/invoice numbers

The Advanced Order Number extension allows you to customize orders, invoices, shipments, and credit memos. Generate random order numbers or custom invoice numbers to hide your real store data from customers and competitors. You can also edit starting numbers, increment steps and set relevant prefixes.

  • Set numbers for a new Magento store

In the event you move from an old store to a new Magento store, you may need to move forward with old order numbers. Let’s say the last order number in your old store is 10100, in which case your new store should start with numbers from 101001. The Advanced Order Number feature allows you to set starting numbers in your Magento store as well.

  • Set starting number and increments steps

If you would like to hide information about the real number of orders that your store has, this extension will allow you to set the starting number of orders, invoices, shipments, and credit memos, as well as their “increment step”, or value by which numbers will be increased. For example if your current order number is 15, and the increment step is 10, then the next order will have an order number equal to 25.

  • Number mask, dates, prefixes, postfixes

The Advanced Order Number extension allows you to set any format of orders, invoices, shipments, or credit memos via a flexible mask. You can input dates, dates parts (month, day, year), prefixes, postfixes, static parts, and increment numbers.

  • Order number padding

The Advanced Order Number extension allows you to set numbers that are a specific length. This is possible because you can set an amount of characters (padding) to which the extension will adjust numbers. For example, if the order number is 9, and you set padding as 6 characters, our extension will generate the number as 000009. Doing successful online business today is all about flexibility and change.
