What will the extension do?

Once activated, the extension will provide all customer experience analytics and adaptive optimization capabilities:

  • Data Capture: This connector provides a rich data collection right out-of-the-box. There is no need for custom tagging of your site. Any additional custom events and metrics can be provisioned through our application interface.
  • Analytics enablement: This first role for the extension is to provide collection of non-personal web visitor and e-commerce meta data sets. Rich analytics charts will ‘light up’ directly out-of-box.
  • Optimization enablement: The second role for the extension is to enable client-side testing, targeting, personalization, and customer experience optimization. To minimize technical complexity and IT dependency, we provide a visual designer tool that will enable you to visually provision your optimization campaigns. The visual designs are then translated into lines of code that are transparently executed by the visitor browser during the web page rendering process. You can change every aspect of site layout, content, style, or functionality without ever touching your Magento server-side code.
