Overview
Back to topThe product hover image extension adds a feature to show an alternative image on category pages (product list pages). When a customer takes his mouse on the product image it shows an alternative image with a nice animation. It adds a great user experience on category products. Customers will get two views of the product without visiting the product view page.
E.g. Suppose that there is a shirt which is having a different design on the front side and backside. So by default merchant will be able to display only the front side or only the backside on the product list page. So through this extension merchant will get an option to set the front image as a thumbnail and the backside image as a hover image. When customer will hover on that product, it will display the hover image (backside image).
Features:
- Store wise enables/disable option from store configurations.
- Picks the second image as a hover image without any manual action.
- Merchant can set a hover image for each product if he/she doesn't want to show the second image as a hover image.
- Pure CSS animation
- Open-source
