    The extension enhances Magento e-stores with the features offered by Zakeke, an innovative cloud platform that lets users of any e-commerce website fully customize products in the store and have a 3D preview of the customized item.

    After installing the extension through the website Zakeke.com, the merchant will be able to select and configure products to be customized by the end-user, specifying the printing techniques, customizable sections, pricing policy, and other details. On the e-commerce website, for each selected product the “customize” additional button appears to let the customer access the platform to personalize the product before purchasing it.

    The customer will be able to see a preview of each side and color of the product, to add and modify (resize, rotate, move, …) graphic elements such as texts and pictures, to upload pictures and always have a live preview of the customized object. Zakeke also lets the merchant upload a 3D model in standard obj format for each product in order to show the end-user a real-time 3D preview of the customization.

    All data will be stored in the cloud on the Zakeke system, which means the merchant doesn’t have to worry about the necessary space for pictures and 3D models. After the purchase of the customized product, the merchant will be able to download the products file from the Zakeke engine for the final printing, both in the Magento back-office and Zakeke website.

    In order to install the extension, it is necessary to sign into the website Zakeke.com and subscribe the service.  Zakeke service is available by subscribing to a plan based on the number of products that you wish to make available for customization at your store and features package.
