Overview
Back to topThe Facebook developer account is needed to create an Instagram app. You can develop applications using your normal Facebook account, but then you risk potentially exposing your app to competitors and others while it is still under development. It is generally better practice to always develop and test your app in an account designated as a developer on Facebook
Every business these days market its services and products via social media, be it on Facebook or Instagram. Businesses upload content on Instagram to grab audiences and market their product to the Instagram audience, which is huge. With roughly one billion monthly active users, Instagram belongs to the most popular social network worldwide.
The Instagram Widget extension for Magento 2 helps businesses to display the posts/images uploaded on Instagram accounts on their user-facing websites, this way the Instagram posts will directly be uploaded and displayed on the websites, and the end-users can check the posts shared on the Instagram account while navigating through the website.
