Who Bought This Also Bought This extension helps you automate product recommendations on your store by frequently together items and showing them as related products. The product suggestions are based on previous and recent purchases that make the recommendations fresh, logical, and organic. Hence, your store yields a higher conversion rate. To streamline the product suggestions further, you can instruct the extension to derive purchase history from orders with selected statuses only. 

Use the default title ‘Who Bought This Also Bought This’ for the product suggestions block or customize it for clarity of meaning. Display a limited number of products in the WBTAB block. Accompany each product by price, rating, add to cart, and add to wishlist. You can set the block to hide or show random items in the absence of recent history.

Suggesting any random product from a similar or varying category may not be attractive at all. Therefore, this extension evaluates the purchase history of your store to suggest products that are bought together in real. You can enable the product recommendation box on:

  • Cart Page


Show Recommendations In Grid Or Slider

Show the product recommendations in a slider or grid. Select according to your users’ convenience.

You can easily set the following WBTAB block configurations:

  • Title
  • View Type – Slider/Grid
  • No. of Products in Slider/Grid
  • Number of Items in Slider/Grid
  • Position

Choose a strategic position to make the most out of the ‘who bought this also bought this’ block. You can display frequently bought together product slider/grid in any of the following positions:

The extension offers a lot of customization options. You can replace the title of ‘Who bought this also bought this’ block with instructions to display a limited number of products. display the suggestions in the grid or slider.  


Suggest Items By Selected Orders

You can supplement data for the product recommendations from orders with selected statuses. For example, you can allow the extension to propose products on the purchase history of ‘Completed’ orders only. You can choose from the following statuses:

  • Pending
  • Processing
  • On Hold
  • Closed
  • Completed
  • Canceled
  • Suspected Fraud
  • Payment Review
  • Paypal Cancelled Reversal

Remove Up-Selling Block 

Replace the conventional block for up-selling with this smart block that suggests store items with logical bonding as they are previously bought together by consumers. 


Hide Out Of Stock Items 

You can prevent out of the stock items from appearing in the ‘who bought this also bought’ block with a simple disable option. Avoid any disappointment on the part of consumers.  


Show Random Products Instead

In the absence of recent purchase history, you can suggest random products to keep the customers engaged or simply hide the slider. 


Restrict Product Recommendation

The extension empowers you to restrict the ‘Who Bought This Also Bought This’ block to selected store views and customer groups. Allow only the target audience to view the recommendations.
