Payment Restrictions for Magento 2 allows you to restrict payment methods on your products for specific customers, customer groups, and store views. You can create custom rules based on specific products, product categories, product attributes, customer groups, cart rules, time, location, etc. By limiting payment options you can optimize your sales strategy by saving conversion cost and preventing customers from using specific payment gateways that charge extra to the merchant in specific regions. 

Payment Restrictions Pro also uses advanced options for catalog and coupon codes, you can restrict payment option when a customer uses a coupon code or the products is associated with a specific catalog rule. For example, you can restrict customers from using ‘Cash on Delivery’ or “Free Delivery” as a payment option if they have applied specific coupon codes.

Set Multiple Restriction Rules On Your Store 

Payment Restrictions Pro Extension extension allows you to create multiple rules for restricting payment methods for specific customers, customer groups and store views. For example, you can restrict ‘cash on delivery’ option for wholesalers when they bulk-order shirts from your store and restrict ‘online payment’ for non-registered customers for the same shirt. 

 

Limit Payment By Shipping Carriers & Details

You can restrict payment methods based on the shipping carrier and the customer’s specific shipping details. This allows you to manage different payment options and assign only those that are suitable for specific shipping carriers and on customer’s location, such as city, state, postcode, country, etc.

 

Hide Selected Payment For Particular Products

Using attribute-based conditions, you can hide specific payment methods on products related to the selected attributes such as color, size or date. You can set multiple conditions to narrow down restrictions on specific store items. 

 

Restrict Specific Customers & Groups

Set payment restrictions to specific customers or customer groups. You can enable or disable any payment option for a particular customer or apply it to an entire customer group such as retailers, wholesalers, VIPs, etc. 

 

Ban Payment Method For Specific Day Or Time

You cad add a time-based restriction on any payment method. This helps you set limitations when a payment option in unavailable or going through scheduled maintenance. 

 

Remove Payment Option From Specific Store View

To manage customers purchasing from a specific community or area, you can restrict payment methods for specific store views. This allows you to offer suitable payment option for regional customers. 

 

Add Based On Catalog Rules & Coupon Codes
